Information About Massage

Massage means manipulating soft tissues. The healing, repairing and health improving effects are directed to the nervous, muscular and respiratory systems, blood circulation, and lymph circulation.

In my treatments I combine methods from neural pathway massage and bonesetting into classic massage. Bonesetting methods include mobilising vertebrae and joints through manipulation and stretches.

Effects of Massage ...

Massage relieves muscular pain, tension neck, migraine and stress. This is very important when muscles are strained unilaterally or when recovery from exercise is slow.

The psychophysical effects of massage are based on feelings of complete relaxation and leisureliness.

Massage is a complete treatment for muscle tone.
Classic massage is preventive in nature, increases blood and lymph circulation and regenerates the nervous system.

Symptoms of having legs of different length, such as tension or pains, can be alleviated through massage. If the trouble is caused by malposition, it is even possible to correct the situation through bonesetting.
